• If parents come to know that Sir/Teacher/Staff/Students of our institute, do misbehave with your child, use nonveg or bad language in the class or out of class, and your child feel uncomfortable from them, Immediate inform to Branch Principal/Management.

• If any staff of our institute or any stranger/unauthorized persons try to know contact details of your child and force to meet with your child anywhere on the name of class, then first teach yoúr child to avoid it after that immediate inform to branch principal/management with details and also can contact to police.

• All parents are requested that please teach your child not to take lift from any stranger/unauthorized person/any staff of our institute while going to school/college/Classes/tuition.

• All parents are requested that please teach your child not to share their contact details and their privacy with any stranger/unauthorized persons/any staff of our institute or on social media.

• All parents are requested that please share a secret PASSWORD with your child sothat if any unknown person meet with your child and say your Mom/Dad/Relative/ waiting there and they have called you, then at that time your secret PASSWORD will help to verify the person if unknown person tell correct PASSWORD after asking your child it means that person belong to your family and if he told wrong password it’s means he is stranger and immediate inform to local public or Dial 100 and call to POLICE to catch him.

The students after attending the classes are advised to devote some time for studies at home also. Homework, whenever given has to be completed on time.

If your ward is absent because of urgent work at home, parents are required to inform the respective teacher over phone & written application for leave should be produce next day while attending the class.

Parents will be kept informed about their ward’s progress. However, those parents who would like to meet the concerned teacher can do so by taking a prior appointment.
