RULES & REGULATIONS

Require Documents at the Time of Admission (Parents / Guardians / Students)

Photo copy of Birth Certificate issued by local Authority to be Attached

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The notice of admission procedure for each year will be published / displayed in the last week of DECEMBER.

Admission procedure will be taken up only during office hours on all working days. No admission work will be Taken up on Sunday and Public Holidays.

Kindly carry two passport size photographs during admission.

Please attach the mark sheet of the last exam along with this application (if any)

Choice of batch for each std. is on first serve basis. No request for a particular batch will be considered.

Both parents & child should be present during the admission.

Kindly paste self / parents / guardians latest photograph of candidates on admission form.

The decision of the management as for as admission are concerned will be final. No recommendation will be Considered.

FEES PROCEDURES

You can pay your fees in two installments (At the time of admission 50% Cash / Chq. & 50% PDC cheque.)

If you are paying fees by Cheque / DD , please remember -

Fees will be accepted from MONDAY TO SATURDAY between 9:00Am to 12:00Noon and 3:00PM to 7:00PM.

Fees once paid can’t be refunded under any circumstances.

If 15 days is over from due date of outstanding fees, our institute will not allow the ward to attend the class.

Duplicate Identity card is chargeable.

Uniform, Bag, Identity Card & Notes etc. is Chargeable.

No Donation are accepted for admission.

DISCIPLINE

Students must maintain silence & must have discipline in their behavior during the lectures. Any sort of Misbehavior or indiscipline will not be tolerated. If the indiscipline behavior continues even after repeated Warning, the said student will be suspended or expelled.

Cell phone will not allow in the class. Students bringing cell phones to the class will be penalized for the same And their cell phones will be confiscates and will not be returned under any circumstance.

ATTENDANCE & STUDIES

Attendance in the class must have punctual.

The students after attending the classes are advised to devote some time for studies at home also. Homework, Whenever given has to be completed on time. The institution requires the parents to take active interests in Their child’s studies.

ABSENT / LATE & REQUIRE APPLICATION

No student will be allowed to remain absent or come late for the lecture under the pretext of religious Function. The management takes no responsibility for the loss of portion in case the parents allow their Ward to be late for the lectures or miss out the same or remain absent due to any reason. Under such Circumstance, the parents will have to give an undertaking in writing assuming responsibility for the Same.

A written application by student’s parents should be given one day prior before taking a day’s leave.

If your ward is suffering from medical problem & he / she is under treatment of doctor, you must have to Require submit his / her an application for sick leave with authorized signature by authorized Doctor to Continue his / her study in our institute without paying any fine for absent.

If your ward is absent because of urgent work at home, parents are require to inform the respective teacher Over phone & written application for leave should be producing next day while attending the class.

Continuous absenteeism of students for 3 or more than 3 days without informing to our institute or respective Teachers will not be permitted the class without the permission of Head Master of the institute & Parents of Such wards should meet the Head Master, justify the reason of the leave & pay the fine for the days of absent To continue his / her study in our institute.

If any student comes 10 minutes late from lecture timing, she / he will not be permitted to attend the class Same day.

If your ward comes without application after absent she/he will not be permitted to attend the class same day.

Parent’s sign. Is compulsory on leave letter.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION & READMISSION

If the admission of your ward is cancelled by our management, due to falling rules & regulation of our institute & looking for readmission after some day then he needs to pay all his Dues & fine for the cancellation of Admission & take a re-admission.

Readmission form is available in our institute during office timing.

FINE

According to rules & regulation of our institute, if your ward remain absent without prior notice or information To their respective teacher you must have to pay @Rs.50 per day to our institute as fine for absents.

According to rules & regulation of our institute, Parents must have to pay @Rs.10per day for coming late & @Rs.10per day for delay in paying outstanding fees as fine.

Fine for the Cancellation of Admission is Rs.500/-

COMPLATION OF PORTION

The management and the staff aim for coaching the students keeping in mind the BOARD EXAM of std. Xth. There for much importance will not be given to the completion of portion for the UNIT TEST OR TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS. However the whole portion will be completed before the onset of the PRELIMINARY EXAMINATIONS.

WARD’S PROGRESS & PARENTS MEETING

Attendance of parents in parents meeting is a must.

Parents will be kept informed about their ward’s progress. However, those parents who would like to meet the Concerned teacher can do so by taking a prior appointment.
